Earlier this year, I hosted my first aromatherapy retreat. People found it so beneficial as they got to slow down, reconnect with themselves and explore essential oils in a whole new way. Esker Fields is now offering a seasonal series of retreats as a reminder throughout the year to pause and fill your own cup.

Relaxing Rituals
We have also introduced a couple of products that accompany the use of our aromatherapy products. These are good items to add to your wishlist if you’ve been using Esker Fields for a while and already have a few of our blends. Esker Fields is now selling a rechargeable diffuser. This isn’t like your traditional ceramic diffuser or even other electronic diffusers. It doesn’t need any water. You place a bottle of essential oil into the diffuser and it releases wafts of pure essential oils into the air on a timer. You can change the intensity and the timer to your preferred settings and then let it be. It’s compatible with our essential oil blends.
In collaboration with Happy Pearl, Esker Fields has a journal. The design is completely unique to Esker Fields and aligns with our local, handmade values. Sit down with the journal after starting your diffuser, applying your essential oil infused skincare or having an aromatherapy bath and untangle your thoughts with peace and tranquillity.
Self-Love For Her

I’m a big fan of a scented hand cream. I always have been, even before I trained as an aromatherapist and fully understood the impact of scent. A bubble bath is a non-negotiable in my weekly routine. I know it is for a lot of women and it’s one of the only times we have to ourselves. I enhance this time with essential oils. I become so relaxed I feel like I float into bed afterwards.

It’s important we encourage the men in our lives to pause, rest and send loving energy to themselves too. We all need to care for our wellbeing on a regular basis because we can’t pour from an empty cup.
