All of our products are handmade in the kitchen in the Essential Healing clinic located on the family farm in County Louth in the North East of Ireland.

As the majority of our products are made with a variety of butters and pure essential oils, it is imperative that they are stored in a cold, dark spot and kept out of direct sunlight. If stored in very warm conditions or in direct sunlight the cream will naturally soften and even melt. If this happens place the product in the fridge to set again. The appearance of the product may vary slightly but it doesn’t in any way affect the quality of the product.

We recommend using a small amount of product for 24 hours to check for any reactions, as even the mildest most natural ingredients or essential oils can cause sensitivities in certain people. If you know of an ingredient to which you are particularly allergic, please view the ingredients listing for a product that you may be considering before deciding to make a purchase.

We can assure you that none of our products or their ingredients have been tested on animals.

Yes, our product containers are 100% recyclable. They are either made from amber glass or aluminium, of which both materials are recyclable.
